Projects

The three district scale gold projects cover more than 41,000 ha of prospective geology and lie within the traditional territory of the Eabametoong First Nation. They range from grassroots to the early stages of discovery and are accessible by float plane from the communities of Armstrong and Fort Hope. Exploration programs will focus on expanding the existing zones of gold mineralization and identifying targets for new discoveries.

Miminiska

Drill-confirmed high-grade gold mineralization is present at a number of locations on the Miminiska Project including 5.75g/t Au over 20.84m and 13.95g/t Au over 5.32m*. Mineralization is hosted in banded iron formation and associated shear zones. The project is located in northwest Ontario approximately 40 km west of the Eabametoong First Nation community of Fort Hope, 50 km north of the all-weather Ogoki forestry road and 350 km north of the city of Thunder Bay.

Keezhik

The Keezhik Gold Project is located along the same regional shear structure that hosts Newmont’s +6Moz Musselwhite Mine and hosts drill-confirmed gold mineralization at several locations on the property. Gold values as high as 47.7g/t Au over 0.6m and 25.8 g/t Au over 1.3 m have been returned from drill core (insert disclaimer*). Similar to Miminiska, Lithoquest is targeting gold hosted in banded iron formation and associated shear zones. The project is situated approximately 50km northwest of the Eabametoong First Nation community of Fort Hope, 75 km north of the all-weather Ogoki forestry road and 380 km north of the city of Thunder Bay.
